One Day Intensive Clinics: 45 minutes - $70

Does your young swimmer want to master the basic Competitive Starts ? Our Learn to Dive Fundamental Clinic is designed specifically for swimmers who are ready to learn the proper techniques for competitive dive starts.

These one-day, 45-minute clinics will guide swimmers through a step-by-step progression focused on the fundamentals. With hands-on instruction and a low swimmer-to-coach ratio, participants will build confidence and technique in Racing Starts.
