We offer three types of competitive lessons
Competitive Lesson with Video Review- 30 min
Competitive Lesson with Take-Home Video Analysis- 45 min
Start and Turn Coaching- 30 min
Competitive Video Stroke Analysis- 45-minute take-home video
Video Stroke Analysis is a 45 minute lesson for advanced and competitive swimmers with our Pro Coaches. Using our state of the art video capture system, our experienced coaches will watch and record the swimmer’s stroke. With that video, the instructors will prepare an analysis of the individual’s swimming technique and email it to you post-lesson. At the end of the session the swimmer will be sent a multimedia presentation.
Analysis lessons take place primarily in our continuous flow tank to ensure up close imaging and detailed stroke analysis.
Pricing: $160.00 for 45 minutes
Competitive Video Review- 30 min
Competitive lesson using live Video Stroke review. This is a 30 minute lesson for advanced and competitive swimmers with our Pro Coaches. Using our state of the art video capture system, our experienced coaches will watch during the lesson and provide feedback and review during the lesson.
Analysis lessons take place primarily in our continuous flow tank to ensure up close imaging and detailed stroke analysis.
Pricing: $125.00 for 30 minutes
Starts & Turns Coaching
Utilizing our 25 yard pool and diving blocks, swimmers will work with a coach to improve their starts, turns, or a specific technique concern. This session does NOT include video analysis.
Pricing: $90 for 30 minute lessons
