Monday 9:15 - 10:15 am and Thursday 10:30 - 11:30 am

No more slo-mo yoga: The latest hybrid workout getting big-time buzz is a dumbbells-and-down-dog mix with a little cardio twist.

Vinyasa Yoga-

Wednesday 9:30 - 10:30 am and 6:30 - 7:30 pm

This class is a traditional approach to the Vinyasa yoga style.  Each movement is synchronized with breath.  Expect this class to include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and an opportunity to learn/practice inversions.  G Open to all experience levels (even beginners!) and individual modifications will be available.  

Yoga for Swimmers-

Saturday 12:30 - 1:30 pm and Sunday 9:30 - 10:30 am

Yoga For Swimmers is a an excellent practice for the shoulders, the chest, the spine, the legs and your core. Perfect for anyone gearing up for a great season! This practice includes breath work, strength, mobility and relaxation.  Connect mind and body so you can stay injury free, aligned and balanced.
