We created the Fitness branch of Machine Performance Center because we want to create safe and positive environment for our community where¬† members all fitness levels can find classes to suit their needs. It’s our goal that everyone who walks out of a Machine class feels stronger, happier, and healthier. We know our member’s names. We meet everyone where they are on their wellness journey. And we create a community in our classes.

VINYASA YOGA
WEDNESDAY 9:30 – 10:30 AM
This class is a traditional approach to the Vinyasa yoga style. Each movement is synchronized with breath. Expect this class to include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and an opportunity to learn/practice inversions. G Open to all experience levels (even beginners!) and individual modifications will be available.

YOGA FOR SWIMMERS
SUNDAY 9:30 – 10:30 AM
Yoga For Swimmers is a an excellent practice for the shoulders, the chest, the spine, the legs and your core. Perfect for anyone gearing up for a great season! This practice includes breath work, strength, mobility and relaxation. Connect mind and body so you can stay injury free, aligned and balanced.

HATHA YOGA
FRIDAY 9:15 – 10:15 AM
SATURDAY 1-2 PM
Hatha is a traditional style of yoga that uses foundational poses and breathing techniques to promote balance of the opposites. Hatha is a Sanskrit word meaning sun (ha) and moon (tha) and signifies the many opposites that yoga helps to balance in the mind and body. Poses will be held for several breaths and modifications will be offered for beginners, intermediate and experienced yogis.

BOGA FITMAT
WEDNESDAY – 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Providing a new, fun, and dynamic way to exercise. Floating in the pool, this class combines cardio movement and yoga for new, fun and dynamic way to exercise making the most basic exercises challenging.

TRX FIT FLOW
MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY – 8:15 – 9:00 AM
TUESDAY/THURSDAY – 6:00 AM
SUNDAY – 7:30-8:15 AM, 8:30 – 9:15 AM
Mixed level class designed meet the needs of the athlete in all of us. This mobility and core-focused workout combines yoga-inspired movements on the TRX Suspension Trainer with more traditional strength, stability and flexibility exercises. Open to all ages and abilities.

TRX BLAST
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY – 9:15 – 10:15 AM
Burn calories, tone muscle with this Strength and endurance workout. Fire up your core, hit every major muscle group and get ready to sweat with this total-body TRX Suspension Training workout. It’s HIIT on the TRX!

TRX STRENGTH CAMP
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY – 8:15 – 9:00 AM
TUESDAY – 6:30 PM
TRX Boot Camp is a full body, all around great workout. We add the strength and mobility of kettlebells with a fast paced TRX workout.

TRX TEEN/SWIM
MONDAY-THURSDAY – 5:00 – 5:45 PM
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY – 6:00-6:45 PM
SATURDAY – 2:00 – 2:45 PM (advanced) AND 3:00 – 3:45 PM
A balanced swimming program should include posterior chain exercises as well as flexibility and mobility work to counteract tight hips and chest. The TRX Suspension Trainer serves as a great tool, especially for swimming, because it requires you to constantly stabilize your body in an unstable environment. This fast-paced, high intensity training class pushes our athletes with a series of TRX Suspension Training exercises focused on developing the core muscles groups for our swimmers.
